Every design is original artwork created by Christopher, and every order is custom printed just for you right here in the USA. As a small family business, we truly appreciate every order and every customer. Below are answers to the questions we get asked most often.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days.
Every order is custom printed just for you, so please allow:
- 2–5 business days for production
- 3–5 business days for shipping
You'll automatically receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. During holidays or large sales, production may take slightly longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.
Where is my order shipping from?
All of our gear is designed, printed and shipped from right here in the USA!
My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?
First, check your tracking email for the latest updates.
If your tracking appears to be stuck, shows a delivery issue, or your package hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us [HERE] or email us at info@oddchef.shop with your order number and we'll gladly investigate with you! We are always happy to help!
My tracking says "Delivered," but I can't find my package?
Occasionally carriers mark packages as delivered a little early.
We recommend:
- Checking around your home.
- Checking with housemates and neighbors.
- Waiting up to 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Can I change the size, color or shipping address after placing my order?
Possibly! We start processing orders quickly, so please contact us [HERE] or email info@oddchef.shop as soon as possible with any change requests. We can check to see if we are still able to make any modifications to your order but once an item has entered production, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
I ordered the wrong size, can I make an exchange?
We want you to look and feel your best in your Odd Chef gear! If you need to make an exchange, please reach out to us [HERE} or email us at info@oddchef.shop with your order number and requested exchange within 30 days.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed condition.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was delivered incorrect, damaged or defective - see below). Once we receive and inspect your return, we take care of the rest and get your new items printed and shipped.
Because every item is custom printed just for you (we do not hold inventory), exchange requests involving large orders (3 or more items) are reviewed on a case by case basis.
What if my item arrives incorrect, damaged or defective?
We are sorry that happened! We always have you covered!
We take great pride in our products and service. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged due to a printing error or carrier mishandling, please reach out within 30 days [HERE} or email us at info@oddchef.shop with:
- Your order number
- A brief description
- Photos of the issue
Once we have the information from you we will arrange for a reprint and reshipment as quickly as possible!
Sizing Questions
How do your sizes run?
Fit varies by style. Each product page contains its own size chart to help you choose the perfect fit. We recommend measuring your current favorite tee at home and comparing it to our size charts. Consider sizing up if you prefer a looser fit!
