Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During high-demand times (like holidays or new drops), it may take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you posted via email! Be sure to check your junk mail in case the communication ended up there.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Still waiting? Check your spam folder, or hit us up and we’ll resend it. You can also visit your account at https://account.oddchef.shop/orders to see your order history and tracking when it ships.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Shoot us a message right away HERE with the correct address. If it’s already on the road, we’ll work with the carrier to try and reroute, but no promises.

We move fast around here, once an order is placed, it’s sent to production quickly. If you need to make a change, email us ASAP at HERE, and we’ll do our best to catch it. If it's already in production, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

We want you to love your gear. If your item doesn’t fit, we offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed. You just need to ship it back to us and contact us and we’ll get it rolling. Our return policy details are HERE. Email us with your return request HERE.

We’ll refund items that are damaged or defective. For size exchanges or order changes, we offer store credit or exchanges only.

First, double-check with housemates, neighbors, or your local post office. Packages sometimes get scanned early or delivered to a nearby address by mistake. If it's still MIA you can contact your carrier and see if they have it. Unfortunately, we cannot control or fix carrier issues.
