When will I get my order?
*Most orders arrive in 5-10 business days*
We run Odd Chef like a good restaurant, everything is made to order.
- Please allow 2–5 business days while we cook up and print your gear.
Once it ships, tracking will hit your inbox.
- Then allow another 3–5 business days for delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii, International orders and during holidays, timing may take slightly longer.
Where will my order ship from?
For U.S. orders, Odd Chef products are printed and shipped within the United States.
Canadian and other international orders may be printed and shipped locally or fulfilled from another country by one or more of our fulfillment partners, depending on product availability. Items from the same order may be produced at different facilities, shipped separately, and arrive on different days.
International orders may require additional production and delivery time. Depending on where an item is produced and shipped from, the order may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier. These charges may not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
In the event of lost or damaged packages or extended delivery delays, please notify us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date to be eligible for a possible replacement or refund, if applicable (see Refund Policy).
- Please note: Orders with incorrect address submissions entered by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
