Odd Chef Return / Refund Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the item is not damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customers must first reach out to request a return (see details below). Once received, we will issue a replacement or refund as requested.

If there is an issue with your item:

  • If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.
  • Customers must contact us before shipping back any item reported as defective, damaged, or incorrect. Failure to do so will void eligibility for reimbursement of return shipping costs.

If you change your mind or made a sizing mistake:

  • If the item is not damaged or defective but you would like to return it, you may do so after first reaching out for approval. 
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue your exchange, refund or store credit.
  • Any approved exchanges later requested to be converted to refunds after return shipment has been received may be subject to return processing/restocking fees.

Large orders and special considerations:

  • For large orders (defined as an order containing 5 or more items, or an order totaling $200 or more) of items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect, returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Odd Chef.
  • These returns may be subject to a restocking fee and may be eligible for store credit rather than a refund.

Shipping cost adjustments:

  • Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. However, if a return causes your order total to fall below the $99 free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

  • All products are made-to-order. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • If you need to make a return after receiving your order, please refer to our return policy above.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us [here] or email us at info@oddchef.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please include a clear and readable photo of the issue.
  • We will provide further instructions regarding your replacement or return.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Please note: Orders with incorrect address submissions entered by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
